Fromt this thread alone it is obvious-about 90% of the people who answered me play Predator and haven’t touched the fireteam in a while. They have no idea if the FT is balanced or not because they are mainly playing OP Predator and having fun winning easily cause they are buffed to the max. That also is shown in the waiting times for the game-the FT takes 30 secs to find a game,the Predator takes 5 minutes so people don’t just tend to favor the Predator,90% play only as him. Soon there will be no FT to play against and I would have warned you guys,until then enjoy being overpowered as fuck.

I play FT a lot more than predator but I want to point out that it was probably the perks the Pred was using, if you use modified reserve and don’t charge the cannon, remain unclocked with vision mode off you basically have infinite ammo but the Pred would be so vunerable doing this that it’s not worth it only a bad FT would loose to this tactic. As far as I’m concerned this game still favours FT, a 2 man FT that works well together is a significant threat to the predator
I play FT way more than the Predator due to wait times. But the Predator is not buffed If I have a half decent team we’re winning and that’s not even using mics

From this thread alone it’s obvious that you’re ignoring the 90% of people that play the FT and are trying to tell you something that you simply do not want to hear, lol. I think balance is good. From the sheer number of threads that claim that both the Pred and FT are somehow both too weak and too op simultaneously depending on who’s complaining at the time, the only logical conclusion is that they are in fact very well balanced, lol.

I can tell you havent played much predator lol, yes the plasma caster is strong but it also reveals where you are, a good fireteam will be in Los of each other but not grouped up, as soon as that laser comes on it’s like a big old target on the predators head, and if you dont charge it then you have to score direct hits pretty much which combined with a pretty slow projectile speed means imo its balanced. I only usually use it when the FT is camping in a building or I need to break them apart.

I would consider myself a pretty good predator, I win 8-9/10 of my games on average and get complimented fairly often. When you come up against a good fireteam theres really not much you can do (as a scout anyway) tonight I came up vs a 4 man pc squad all with snipers, I couldnt even get close to them without taking damage. I would get sniped mid air, while invisible, even when I thought I had broken los I would get hit. Now that’s what you get when you have a competent team on pc, if they buffed FT or nerfed predator, what would that same team be capable of then? The only thing I have a problem with currently is the spotter perk, I think it’s a bit op as is but I’m a predator main so maybe I’m bias.

what if i tell u that we need to play FT to get the rewards, and everytime we go to a private match with friend to udnerstand new mechanics and how much dmg is needed to take down a pred…
il tell u what…the first rifle that u use…the first one from lvl 1…is actually shreding the predator if u get the entire clip in his belly…and u tell us that we dont know what is about with the FT?
we predator mains we play the ft to understand what are the badparts and goodparts of the fireteam players.

those who lose against a predator is because he knows how to use the mechanics in his advantage and all of u FT players think that if u have 4 miniguns, 4 snipers or 4 hammerhead can kill a pred in 5 seconds.
but u dont relay at mechanics…if u see a zerker u just go after him with a scout or recon and just knife him…there is no fun in that.
in my games, if i see a group of 4 ps players. i want them to enjoy the game…i dont kill them in a couple of seconds…i gave them chances cuz this is how u are supposed to play with a predator…thats how u HUNT XP

but the FT when they saw a PC pred…they do the mission in less then 4 minutes and then is over…no fun no nothing.
in that case i can just stay at my spawing point and watch how they win.
