The silver lining is the hilarious HDRIP watchparty that will ensue. The Predator was good for that. Worst case scenario its boring as hell.

real netflix Resident Evil energy or Terminator Dark Fate

How about peed wins just like you describe, but it’s a nightmare she’s having. And them almost the same things happens for real, but now she knows the mistake she made?

Time loop thing eh?
I’m honestly not too worried about the outcome.
Somehow pred will lose cause humans good waah.

But that might bother a lot of other fans.

So you’d justify the killings as ā€˜we don’t understand them so its ok’?

Thanks you just reminded me of Funny Games.

The wife shoots one of the villains and the other stares at the camera and rewinds the movie so he can throw her off a boat

I mean, we know he will lose. Wouldn’t it be a good momentary feeling to see the other outcome, but in a real enough setting to be believable?

Why should they have to follow and believe the same things we do?

We can defend ourselves, but you cant them evil because their reasons arent inherently evil.

Or do you consider hunting evil?

Honestly this has been a fun discussion on morality lol.

Theres vids about people trapping hogs and killing them, like large numbers.
If we go by your logic or morality, then that’s evil because the hogs are merely trying to survive. But they’re evil too because the damage they cause.

This entire planet is evil.

I think hunting for sport is evil. They should respect other life.

It depends on the reason for trapping hogs. If it’s not because of overcrowding and the have no natural enemy or because of protection because they cause harm, or for food, i would consider that evil. I’m also not ok with mass trapping. They do it because it’s efficient, but like yautja i would not consider it fair. Animal has to have a chance in the hunt. In trapping it’s a done deal. I also feel the same about farm animals. They are walking food and gave no chance to fight back.

The evil is in the efficiency.

You read the Most Dangerous Game and all you got out of it was ā€œyeah from my point of view the jedi are evilā€

you invade to bow and I invade to point down

we are not the same

Daily Reminder that Kreia was right and the Galaxy would be better off with both the Jedi & Sith gone & the Force dead.

I’m not a vegan and I cant see myself ever being one, but I’ve been thinking about the whole animal thing.

Like I’m not sure where I fall on it cause for the most part, while I dont really consider it evil simply cause I dont believe in true good or evil, I still dont think it’s the greatest thing to kill animals even tho i fucking love steak and chicken.

Like I think the best option is to kill them as painlessly as possible.

But theres a few things I’ve seen that I would come close to considering evil.
Like chicks being thrown into grinders and places where they dont really care for the animals and they get sick, ect.

Like if nothing more that cant be healthy to eat.

As for the hog thing, if they eat them I dont really mind it. Like they cause a lot of damage to trees and whatnot from what I’ve heard.

I would say it all boils down to context.
Each situation is different.

Tho we disagree on preds being evil we seem to be on the same page about a lot of other things lol.

That’s the feeling I got after recently watching episode 7 and 9.

Kreia wanted to kill the Force itself because the Force in it’s own way, manipulate ppl’s lives / decisions.
She believed that we should make our own decisions and paths.
Jedi and Sith were just names for her.

KOTOR2 bringing the idea of the Force being an eldritch parasite that bends the Galaxy to its will and forces it into a perpetual loop of conflict was one of the most interesting & cool stories that Star Wars has ever done.

Talks as if she wants you to think for yourself then gets bitter and hypocritical if you do.
she was no wise sage, cynical hypocrite she was though.

What makes her think she could destroy the Force, if she even could, without wiping out all life in the galaxy?

Kreia was right, she just did things in the wrong way. Like Senator Armstrong.

Yeah, the animal thing bothers me a lot. Humans have reproduced so much that they need to mass produce livestock just to send them to the grinder. I think I’d be more ok with it if the said farm animals had a quality of life. Yes, they would be trapped, but in all other manner could keep their instinctive behavior. Then comes death. But the mass factories of caged meat does not sit well with me. Yeah, we need that food, but I think that’s a step too far. We need to curb ourselves. Why does all other life have to pay this price for our whims?

On another note. If humans would not have such large populations, organized societies, they’d probably never reach the level of progress that we have. Necessity drives progress.
