Would y’all want them to support this game for another year or so then continue onto a whole other franchise or prefer them to release a sequel with much more improvements and features than the first predator hunting grounds. Let me know what y’all would be best?

There has barely anything happened to the game yet. I’d wait how they treat their game the next month and decide then. But I’m fairly certain their won’t be a Predator: Hunting Grounds 2.

These types of games take a LONG time to gain a sequel, normaly they go through the entire generation getting some updates, and then a sequel is made for the next generation.
But I would like a sequel for the next generation but with everything improved, just imagine.

I’d prefer if they would support the game for as long as possible and not move on for no discernible reason other than someone wants something different.
I’m not interested in rehashing the same conversations about PHG as were common place in Friday, about sequels and moving on to a greener pasture. Just move on if it’s not for you or make suggestions to improve it.
The OP can wait and see about a sequel but I cannot see how you’d be asking the above as anything but offensive when a game is barely 3 months old.
The question may have been slight of hand or just to make conversation, but I have seen other posts MUCH worst and bashing the game then going on to explain how ANOTHER game is better.
Stating the words “dead” or “failed” or “done with” this game to make others react is rude and made generally in bad taste. I would be confident the above post did none of that

TO ask if a sequel is needed might be a bit airy (dumb founding us) though but begs us to explain that a single player campaign with full story might be needed. I don’t think anyone has much to say about a direct sequel as there really is no narrative. and Ill agree with JPnx44 on his explaination of nextgen reasons.

I don’t think a sequel is needed tbh, this seems like the kind of game you just keep updating and improving on. If this were a big AAA title that had the time, money, and resources then yeah after 2-4 years I would expect one but it’s not.

The thing is PS4 games will be given additional life considering those who buy PS5 will have the benefits of extreme visual splendor since PS4 games will be backwards compatible and PSstore bought games will be transferred. Time will tell how PS5 will change the market because optimization is no longer needed. PS5 games might have more deeply designed visuals or have extended development on game mechanics in ways we don’t expect.
