So any ideas how this machine was made?
For anyone who doesn’t know about this, no spoilers here or there might be.

The Time Inversion Turnstile machine, we know how it functions but how was it made and how does it work in reality if it were to be theoretically possible?

Well here is my interpretation of the Algorithm thats never really explained:
Sometime in the future partical physicist at CERN witness something being created, a black hole in spacetime. Its very presence could be maintained with a steady stream of energy provided by Helium3 decay mined from our Moon.
The black hole that is maintained behaves unlike the real astronomical counter part, that is instead of sucking everything into a singularity that disapates into another dimension or that of a dimension that spawns a new universe(or big bang), this blackhole creates a spacetime 360 loop into a reality within our own but travelling backwards in time. Scientists have some how sealed a containing holding cell where all matter would be reverted or inverted backwards through time.

But thats just common sense. What do you all think about it?

Wasn’t it just radiation inverting molecules or something? They zapped stuff until cause and effect were reversed. Then created a machine that reverses causality on a large scale.

They made a big point about this not being time travel, just moving opposite of the flow of time. No black holes involved.

I wish Tenet had more clearly defined rules though like Inception did. Once people started inverting in and out of the timeline it got convulted.

Yeah,i agree the film was semi-hard to follow in terms of the over-all plot and alot of things I just had to assume were part of the plot.
But I like the science fiction undertone otherwise this would have been a very james bond-like film.
