Things that make LITERALLY NO SENSE to me

Firstly there are a couple things that don’t add up for me

  1. For the support class and Berserker classes why do you give them the extra gear space put to 15 when it’s not even possible to get that much total on both Fireteam and Predator.

  2. I main the Scout Predator and they only have a max of 5 gear which means I can only carry the healing kit. Why make the healing kit an optional gear when it’s the most needed thing. To run without our healing kit is a death sentence. The easy fix for this is to make the healing kit not a gear and to just come with every predator. The lack of pigs and the difficulty of finding them makes not having the kit obsolete. Making the kit default for all classes also adds variety to the chosen gear.

  3. To touch up on the last point the pigs in this game are so hard to find so if I get to a point where I run out of heals I can not find a pig to save my life. I spend so much time looking for one that it lets the fireteam get all their objectives done.

  4. The lootbox system is so wack. At first it was cool but after putting more than 24 hours into the game I’ve come to find out they suck. You get non stop duplicates. You never get Exotic items. I’ve only got one or two exotic items since I’ve started and I’m level 66. My friend opened 200 boxes back to back and only got four exotics. There are too many exotics in the game to only get two of them every 100 boxes. You’re better off paying the high amount of 7,500 for an exotic.

  5. My opinion on the balancing issues goes as follows. I think they are fairly balanced on both sides. I’ve won more than I’ve lost on both roles. I play fireteam with my friends and have a full squad so that could explain those wins. I could see how playing with randoms greatly decrease the chances of winning. For Predator I’ve found two problems. His plasma caster is so strong if you charge it up and hit someone with it. The op tactic I use is aim the beam out of sight of the fireteam and before I fire I aim on an unsuspecting fireteam member and one shot them. Then rinse and repeat when they go for the revives. So there needs to be something to help fix this really strong tactic. The second things are that his weapons are pretty weak besides the combistick. Could use buffs to make them relevant. I believe the FT is pretty strong compared to the Predator. They have gear to bring in for ammo and healing and they have a lot of supplies on the map to aid this. It makes it difficult for the Predator to deal with this.

  6. Also I find it low key funny how everyone references the movies how the Predators are supposed to be strong but in reality they’ve lost in every movie.

  7. Lastly I think that when I stand still as the predator and go completely invisible I can still get spotted. That makes no sense if they literally can’t see me at all. So remove that feature. Also why does he have to be so damn noisy for no reason. Like he’s supposed to be an apex hunter but can’t handle keeping his mouth shut.

If you have a different opinion, then I’m willing to discuss. Try to keep it civil. Also refer to which number you are talking about specifically to help.

Im not agree about plasma caster because if you down a commando you need to down 3 others to win the game.You can only one hit and down a commando only if you full charge your plasma caster. Commando down can still move to a good place to be recover by another commando + you are able to spot the Predator, during 2 others commando cover you with the unlimited amount of ammo .

With the strategy I used I completely avoid getting hit from the fireteam because I only peak at the last second of shooting. I wait for them to go for a revive and I charge up the shot and then before it shoots I aim it at the guy reviving and obliterate him. Just saying this is really strong considering I killed all four of them with just this plasma caster strategy. And this wasn’t a one time occurrence either.

That’s what I do too, but it doesn’t work with everyone.
Maybe in your case he should not have raised his friend right away.
Sometimes it’s better to let him die and go to call for reinforcement

Yeah true. I just think this is a hard strat to go against. I’ve gotten beaten with this strat one time. It’s hard for the FT because there is no warning to getting one shotted.

I agree with most of them, but the plasma caster needs to stay strong or it’s just not viable. It uses a ton of energy, it is loud, easy to dodge and spot, so it balances out in the end. Plus it doesn’t have active tracking, which makes it fair.

As for the rest, do keep in mind they actually nerfed the combistick. They decreased its damage and made it the last thing to unlock. It’s also really easy to parry it.

Spot on otherwise, though.

It is true and the combistick uses a lot of stamina. it happened to me several time not to be able to attack after a series of combo.

Yeah I agree. Maybe making it slightly slower aiming with the caster could remedy this. And yeah I don’t think the combistick is OP it’s fair and useable. Has great range and good damage. I wish they’d buff the other weapons so not every Predator would use only the combistick. The level getting it doesn’t matter too much most of the players who wanted it have gotten to the level to get it already.

I agree.but with the fire team is that’s just my personal opinion too many Heals you can heal and run if you die by the Predator you need to be dead I don’t like this whole respawn. Scout needs they need to do something with that because all people do is spam it. Predator camouflage is useless needs to be more translucent. Fireteam just needs to have less resources less time doing things within the characters they need to be afraid they need to be stressed from the Predator not feeling like the Predator being The haunted. The fire team needs to find ways to defeat it they need to work out plans within themselves they need to be careful about peeking their head if they would fix small things with Predator to make it more deadly. Same as stealth for the Predator he’s a ghost in the woods why is he so loud in the game makes no sense. But hopefully they listen from feedback from players in we get a good balanced game I only mainly Maine the predator I’m sure of 90% that’s why people bought this game just to be him.

If you’re not good at the predator in the state that it’s in now you will lose against a good squad in this whole pre-order minigun why now everyone just runs the minigun the Predator is the superior species why make him feel like this in a game like this
