Yea so those are his mandibles i tried to tell myself its just part of the mask…ok maybe they’ll look right when the mask comes off…so im almost convinced that its not gonna look good as far as the face.

The face is starting to look like assassin from The Predator.
They have the same fashion sense. no decorations, no caster, bracelet, loincloth, le armored shoulders

I don’t see a problem with it… I mean, it’s a bit different yes, the mandibles are larger and more long, but it’s not “a drastic change”,
like the thinner dreads, one could like it or not
for me now is a “Yes” on the mandibles front, we’ll see if the face looks cool and scary as well.

I see what you mean, but Feral upper teeths are far smaller, and the lower mandibles have a little curve
so it’s more like an impression, Feral has an actual “new look”.

Yeah but Assassin’s has a full body armored shell that he can create, so it’s not really naked,
and also is basically so strong that he doesn’t really need weapons
(even if I believe he could shoot plasma and other stuff from the bracelet? But I don’t remember well, I always stop the movie when that fucker arrives)
Who knows why Feral doesn’t have a chest armour… maybe for his “animalistic/warrior” side,
still has a lot of cool weapons toh.

I just wonder if the inner lining of the mask is made of metal and can see otherwise watch this be the first blind pred to showcase how much of true autism hunter he is.

Idk… the Super Preds mandibles are much further front. Their faces are longer overall. Maybe this is a proto-super?
Mandibles look like thier pushed out side the face (top mandibles starting at the cheek bone) more and do not look closed. If you like it np, but its not look in good. And short of seeing the full look so far its proving my point of ppl always feeling they need to change up the iconic base design and not in a good way.

Hey I totally agree with the “if it ain’t broken don’t fix it”, I don’t like this decision at all,
the “classic” yautja design can be modelled in many ways without changing it like they did now (superb examples are City Hunter, Lost/Borg, Wolf, and many from the EU),
but since they indeed decided to do this useless change at least, for my taste, “looks cool”
everyone is free to dislike it, but it’s not “objectively bad” for now,
it’s an aesthetic we’re talking about, it could only be good looking or bad looking in relation to personal taste.
Than we can agree as said that was an useless change, but that’s another matter…
