This game has so many unused animations !

and there is plenty of videos like this one, why don’t they use those animations to make the npcs looking a bit more alive ?

Because the NPC’s are already broken.

How about making them walk out an actual door or chopper instead of phasing into existence?

the encryption key for the pack file was leaked and they have not change it, you can un-pack the game assets (with a lot of research) but haven’t seen any way as to how repack it

That being said, I tried everything to try an unpack the music files in order to use it on my stream, but had no luck.
