A good rework on the AI could do the trick. More alert snipers, and differents behaviors from each classe, better positioning and increasing their number. Maybe a rework on their armor and hp pool too.
The pred should be hard to kill. In F13, a full lobby surviving the night was pretty rare. So I can get along with the fact that surviving the mission would be fairly hard, maybe even some kind of badass with only 1-2 members surviving the mission is ok with me.
