It’s always a good sign to me that the game is moving into a more balance when the unbalanced party is bitching lol. I played predator all the way to level 35 I’m now 66 and have played far more FT then pred. If you as a fireteam member can not acknowledge the clear advantage you had then bye bye. Before update i rarely lost as fireteam. Didnt party up once just had team mates who were competent. If you choose not to learn the new ways to play then thats on you. This game is very promising and extremely fun. It has a good future ahead.

I’m winning a lot with the predator I wont lie.
But as soon as I step on a team of 4 experienced fps players I can only get to kill 1 or 2 of them
They end up escaping or killing me
cuz their weaponry is so superior than predator’s and they shoot at the same time. 4 people!
So, we will have to wait until another patch is released. until that, I won’t recommend it not even to my enemy!
It’s sad to see people talk so negatively about a game when their go to tactics are negated by the devs and can’t be just spammed and a common nuisance anymore. Look I play both sides pretty evenly and I can admit the fireteam is much more powerful than they should be. I’m not saying gun damage is a problem or anything. But the amount of heals they could all preform in a game or the knife hitting like a train, and partying for days was just unneeded. And THATS my point. Those were unneeded and the FT was already powerful enough without them. Those were just very ridiculous features of the game.
This update also made people really start making class type builds. Like oh I can’t be a medic/support anymore. I can give you a lot of ammo or a lot of health. It’s either or now. Which is GREAT. Gives everyone variety, and makes everyone useful for something different.
People need to stop complaining when they make the game more even than it already was. I’ll admit I use combistick all the time. It is just simply the most viable melee weapon that the Predator has now. The elder sword is just meh, and the war club is a literal joke. That’s what’s wrong with the predator. A lot of his weapons/abilities aren’t that good and that’s why you see a lot of people using the same weapon. And hell I welcomed that change. I was sick of constantly using the Combistick. But they need to enhance the other weapons too.
But I’ve seen people try comparing the combistick to the knife and I’m like huh? The knife was just a ability across the board for the FT. Each player could do it like no tomorrow no matter the class you picked. It was just a given. The combistick is a whole weapon that you have to unlock. So in the common event that someone does not have the combistick yet, and they face a team or just a couple of people who can parry like it’s nobody’s business. Well he’s just gonna get bamboozled to hell. And that’s not right. On either sides at that point. It’s not fair that the predator had to use the combistick for a decent fighting chance. And it’s not fair to the FT that they could all be able to spam parry on the predator while he gets lit up by his teammates.
Well no shit dude. That’s usually how any game goes. When you find tough opponents they will put up a much bigger fight and you won’t kill them all, all the time. That’s when you gotta rethink your strategy.
These people show the real game man! They are the ones that make us see how bad and unbalanced it is!
I’ve just finished another match, killed 3 ft member, 2 escaped, one of them returned from reiforcement. if thatt didin’t happen I would probably take all of them.
This game humiliating for the predator! but it’s got potential, and despite the lack of balance, it is fun to play.
I hope we get it fixed. I bought the game, but there are thousands of predator fans who haven’t yet.
They gotta fix it, or it will die!
