No, coz they should kick the kids out on their ass the minute they reach 19. You should be given one year to get your shit in a pile, maybe 2 in today’s economy, but putting a deadline on it seriously gets people in action. Hell, it got my brother off his girlfriend’s ass and into a job, and that’s a monumental task in and of itself.
