So everyone has learnt (or been reminded), that Illfonic honestly couldn’t be arsed responding to their player base.
It’s time we all start contacting Epic (the people that pay Illfonic and actually have pretty good customer support).

I wasn’t talking about a refund, epic does that just fine as long as you meet the criteria. I was talking about the people who haven’t got their pre-ordered items on PC.

They are processing a lot of refund requests and warned me it could take longer than usual in the previous email
8 hour reply time is still pretty good.
Better than the no reply time we get from Illfonic
not getting what you paid for is a reason to be refunded…
you put pressure on the distributor and they start having to give money back, the producer will have to act.
you do nothing and they will just ignore you like they do everyone else
