Tip for retreating

When your spotted in a tree and getting shot at it may be better to leap from the tree instead of dismounting, dismounting is slow and when u land your crouched I think, I’d rather be standing to run right away, leaping from a tree just makes harder for fireteam to know how far u went and its harder for some to shoot u while u leap, bear in mind there skillful ppl who can aim well and get u while u leap just depends. Also when u go in to get a trophy its good to leap and u retreat

Thanks I know. I never dismount because its slow and buggy. I always leap to somewhere else. That’s if I use a tree at all. Trees tend to be bad in general. You are easy to spot and easy to get shot. Still doesn’t help the fact the Predator is weak as hell and unless the fireteam is noob you’re likely not going to win.

The only good thing about a tree is to gain height to use target isolation that’s mandatory but when retreating no point using a tree at all you will just eat shots, also that perk that makes u faster in the trees is rubbish it should be way faster

Yeah i tend to avoid trees most of the time. Except if i need to use isolation. For some reason my target isolation doesnt work half the time. Do you know why that is?

Oh I had that in one game as well did a full 330 with camera with no luck then I just sitting there waiting for the cooldown did it again and it not working when I did it a 3rd time it worked but hey the matches are short so much time wasted

I got a reply from someone about target isolation it’s because the fireteam have put mud on

thats crazy. why would they think its a good idea for target isolation to stop working with mud? :S
Another way the game is stacked against Predator I guess…

It’s as bad as getting the pred mask shot off when u lose the mask u lose the heat scan and target isolation but to be fair shooting the mask off takes time well it depends
