Took over bot, ended up in hell gazing upon heaven, WTF?

PS5. The predator killed me initially but we had a BOT in the game. I hit X to take over the bot and it put me under the dirt unable to get back to the surface. Had to just leave the game. image|500x500

This happened again when taking over a bot only this time it put me inside the roof of a building.

I’ve had games where the bots fall through the ground and get trapped.

I’ll see if I can post a video.
