As some of you may be aware there is a discord for PHG, an unofficial official one and you can find the link on the subreddit for this game. We I was recently permabanned for multiple infractions (pointing out mods for their hypocrisy) and to celebrate I would like to point out some fun rules they have.
1)mocking peoples gameplay(ie bow hopping, plasma spamming etc,.) is against the rules UNLESS the mods are doing it (such as against people who run scout duelist). Pointing out the double standard with a screenshot will get you a temp ban/mute.
2)They can accuse you of having a rape fetish and tell you to drop the subject when your discussing movie scenes that you find distasteful
3)Proving a moderator wrong, in this scenario proving that turbo controllers exist, will allow them to pull up a bullshit rule and ban you for 3 days for making them look like a fool abusing their powers.
4)They defend intentional exploits like altering class and spec combinations (hunter stalker, assault duelist) from certain members of the community but will attack macros as “unfair”. Pointing this out let to my permanent ban btw
5)They are fans of guilt by association and tried to go after my friends for “defending” my macro use despite my friends giving me shit and calling me out for it. So they are okay with harassing members who did nothing wrong to justify their “moral superiority”.
So since they are fans of said guilt by association I would like to take that idea to the logical “extreme”.
As many of you know, grooming and pedophilia are a large issue with moderators in the discord community as you can tell by the many stories of such incidents and the stereotypes those stories created. So if my friends are guilty of “cheating” for my macro use then I say those discord mods are groomers and pedophiles.
They continue to abuse their powers (as did the other grooming mods of other servers), and continue to moderate despite the connotation. Here’s an idea, if you mods don’t step down I assume it’s because you support grooming and assaulting kids. If you try to argue you aren’t like those other moderators then you are massive hypocrites against your own ideas of guilt by association.
