PS4 bug where even if you only down and kill all 4 fireteam members only using wristblades, you still don’t get trophy. Did this twice already and no trophy. What is up?

I’m having the same issue, I even saved the recording to double check myself and I got all four of them
I’ve had the same issue for the past 3 days while aiming for the trophy I’ve wiped 8 fireteams with wrist blades only and still don’t have the trophy. It’s already a tedious trophy but the fact that some of these trophies don’t register is letting me down.
Yeah i was finally able to accomplish this against some friends in a private after trying against them for a while because they are a great FT. When i finally did it and did not receive the trophy needless to say i was a bit upset at that
Oddly enough the trophy unlocked for me using the combistick.
