Traps are bugged

Traps which are destroyed still activate, that’s when they have the visible ring, fairly annoying as they are destroyed but you still get trapped. Or when you short them as they are being thrown and you hear the destroyed sound, they still activate. Fairly powerful with the tactician perk now.

You know I actually haven’t really tried that perk. I’ll give it a look.

Yes it’s pretty good, boosted damage on trapped or netted players.

I actually made a post and provided a video of this a little while ago.

It seems like the trap doesn’t truly activate until the sound effect happens, which takes a bit longer than it initially landing.

It’s on a timer that starts once you throw the trap. The best way to use the trap IMO is to throw it from trees right in front of a moving player. It will basically instantly catch them.

It’s active once the cloak bubble appears, but if you destroy the trap before it becomes active, it will still become active and it cannot be destroyed again.

I see, well this will at least help to patch out the destroyed bug.

What’s the destroyed bug?

The one when they get destroyed too early and still trap Fireteam.

Okay. Yeah. I was hoping this would have been fixed with update 2.19, but I guess they’re still working on it.

Yeah I’ve known about this one awhile, but there’s so many bugs I just never reported it lol

You mean beneficial bugs to the Predator lol.

No I just mean bugs in general. I just don’t feel like reporting every single one I find. Trust me this one has fucked me over before too lol
