Well my apologies on that part, however why not just invite some friends over and do some privates with u playing as predator that way you wouldn’t have to wait so long to play as the predator but hopefully those 5-7 minute wait times won’t occur so much on your end

BTW let’s focus on why I created this topic.

I need some console peasants to practice predator, since most of my PC fellow players are just too good for me to train, frustrating most of the time unless I use modifiers, while potatoes on pubs are boring as hell.

I am nowhere near good as pred, but at least I ain’t trash. Looking for people who are trash enough for me to have a “balanced” game

I do privates with friends and we rotate. We tend to do different custom modes though. The game is repetitive so we change it up. Hide and seek is fucking lit

I’m pretty aggressive as a player. I try not to use modifiers unless I feel the need to, which against most of my friends I have to because I’m just not there yet, and I don’t think I’ll ever be anyway

I already know I can’t play against Sturmi’s team. They are too good for me. So I need a bit more lower tier FT to get some matches where I don’t feel is too easy or too hard

I mean with the way the game is balanced, you’re in good company. And to be fair to Illfonic I don’t think there’s any realistic solution to balance sounds potatoes and higher tier players.

They just need to hammer it home that FT has to play like a team.

  1. Stick together until pred attacks to repel him; there’s plenty of time to do obj.
  2. Never turn your back to pred unless it’s covered.
    You can either do damage and die or just die.
  3. Don’t even have to communicate in general, except for spotting. And perhaps use in game communication phrases (he’s on me or whatnot)

If team is somewhat organized, theyll get better at aim and tracking pred with practice. For starters, try to reinforce after first kill just to hold out longer. At the beginning, it should be more about being able to hold out against pred than about completing the mission.

It would be good for FT to specialize, but you need a team and communication for that. That’s higher level skill. I think ransoms can be competent (intermediate) level without that.

Edit: res downed teammates only after pred is gone or if you have backup causing pred to move around instead of attacking. (Kinda complicated)
