Not really. There’s not a modifier for that
Too bad, it would make for an interesting test. Kill first FT, ear pig. Then either attempt taking out one more FT and use instaheal for the last two or attempt to take out two FTs using one instaheal and have 1v1 race to reinforce.
Would probably makes Preds OP across the board, from potato to top tier
