You are right, except for one thing. No they do not need a good Predator tutorial FIRST, because lets face it, we need more FT players than Pred players. Period. Is simple math. For optimal matchmaking, we need at the very least, 4 FT players for each predator player. So FT tutorial should be a priority, Sorry
You misread. I mean they need to prove they can make a good tutorial for Pred before they handle FT. And they haven’t. So I can’t imagine a FT tutorial from the Devs’ minds would be any better. We have empirical evidence they are shit at the game, we have seen this on Stream after Stream and every little bit they let slip proves they as Kame once put it “Play a different game from us”.
The community is a much better source for info then the Devs but hey, when have they ever listened to us. The best forms of information on the game come from Skoolboy & Sam.
We need more talent period. Predators suck and ft suck. Where did all the sweats go?

They got bored/frustrated because of the lack of content, dps race, game breaking bugs and lack of feedback response from the game developers.
Now in all honesty, I’ve seen more main Preds leave the game than FT “Mains”, and I’ve seen many FT “mains” finally giving a chance to play pred now that most sweaty main preds are gone. Queue times have been better than what this game was a year ago. FT got, somehow, easier and more difficult at the same time (easier in premades more difficult with randoms).
I think a lot of main preds left because they got used to easy wins and then it became frustrating to beat players they would normally beat with ease.
I’m honestly glad I started playing Pred when FT was at it’s highest peak and Pred was at it’s worst moment.

Tested Dante with a support
Hunter - Tracker, no downrange or any damage buffs
Disc base damage - 125HP
Disc damage to a sprinting Dante with OWLF training near a support class - 74HP
Consistent with the 59% damage intake
125 * 0.59 = 73.75
So yeah, even an elder stalker with downrange that can do 158HP per hit, can double tap a Dante, by a mere 2HP though, so, if you pop a syrette right after the first hit, you might even get away with it.

Would it be too OP is pred had 1 instaheal syrette (healers 2/3 max HP) but was only able to choose this gear or normal normal syrettes? It’s value would be at least 6-8 gear points. Large pouch would not increase the number.
I was also thinking about a specialization what does allow for pred to be spotted. FT can still put up markers, but they won’t track pred.
