Yeah seems like loot boxes because I was talking to someone who had the wolf skull and said it was from that, I can confirm that you don’t get them from leveling up because I’m level 100 and was disappointed I didn’t get at least the bobcat skull, guess we just gotta be lucky sadly, no matter how many duplicates I get :/
