yep, thankfully I’m not the only guy that sees through his easy to see facade. He claims to care about the game and the Predator, but doesn’t know squat about the Pred lol. Has delusions of humans being on the same lvl of power as the Pred lol

I am afraid that in cases with public games with 4 uncoordinated players there is no need to use slam. You can easily deal with those folks not utilizing this specific tool at all. Even with slam animation canceling it is still a high-risk high-reward thing. But it is necessary to use only against coordinated FTs.
If the stun animation was to be canceled I think the damage inflicted can be reduced, let’s say, from base 95 to around 80. Because this 15 thoc skin safety net is extremely important and lowering the damage by 15 can, IMHO, balance this tool out.

Anyone gets recked in private games against a good FT with a nice spotter who can actually aim well. High level FT has an advantage over high level Preds.
And I don’t think that Chip is toxic. He’s one of the nicest guys I’ve met in a while. Maybe there was an instance of miscommunication in the game you guys played together. I by no means am implying that you are macro users or anything like that. I just presume that might have been a misunderstanding.

To be faaaaaair, with so little feedback and communication from the devs. You can only make assumptions as to whats intended or not. For all you know the devs are aware of these “exploits” and consider them fair game or not worth fixing.

For all know, the devs intended for an alien discharge to pass through primitive human structures. For all we know the devs never wanted Preds to be defenseless and locked in an animation after a slam, and do infact want them to move freely after slamming. Knives being strong enough to take on a predator, could also be a exploit. Being able to main hand your knife so you can run faster and deal high damage, also could be an exploit.

Assumptions can work both ways until devs have the final say. And till they communicate with us, no player is in the wrong. As sad as that may be.

Pretty sure trying to explain it would be a waste of time. People who don’t want their mind changed to begin with won’t budge.

The good news though is that if illfonic ever gets around to actually fixing it, people who can’t abuse it and begin losing their matches leave the game.
