What you mean file Explorer in the PlayStation internet i never done this before i dont know how to do it i tried removing the game from my systen and putting it back on again and its the same thing.

You can’t do it on Playstation using this method thats how to fix it on PC.
On PS4 you need to go into your system settings and completely delete any local save data for the game.
Cant remember how to do this off head but its going to be in system settings and won’t be hard to find.
Its arguably easier than the method for PC anyway
working on that now, will do as requested.
I noticed that I only had this problem with Custom slots 1 & 2. Custom slots 3 and 4 were fine. Hope that helps for now until a solution comes.
