Unable to access my dlc

Please help me guys i purchased dlc from epic in game im only getting the mask and other stuff not getting access to customise my player

In customisation section i go and there is no class section in it how do i play with my purchased characters

Previously they are playable but now they are not
Do you have any idea why in epic all dlc that i purchased are showing in library

Click on the Hunter text, there you will find your classes.
