I bought the Viking and samurai DLCs and am unable to use the classes, selecting the classes will take me to the PlayStation store only to say “This content cannot be selected at this time” I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and reverified my licenses. please fix this bug! I want to get my moneys worth

Balls, that stinks. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. That should work. Your purchases will be honored.

I only have two classes I’m able to customize every time I try to customize the other ones it just loads forever and then cancels it all out. it sucks cuz I don’t want to have to keep remaking just two classes for how I feel like playing

Seems like a different problem, post it in a bug report make sure to be specific and mention what console for what classes. Best of luck hope that gets patched soon!

Please, if you’re on PSN and have purchased stuff, but it’s not unlocking in game, ping PSN support. Their servers communicate with ours to unlock the DLC in game, so usually it’s good to ping them as there might be something funky with your account.
it took two and a half hours but I found out the issue. the game I bought online was region locked to PlayStation region two and was refunded the DLCs I purchased. thank you King!

Bummer you had to deal with it, but yeah, the store tells us what’s up, and so if there’s some license madness going on, our system will have no idea cause it just wouldn’t be connected to your account properly. Glad to hear and enjoy your characters!
hi my friend has had the same issue could you please specify how you fixed the situation and if you were able to use the dlc afterwards
same thing happened to me after I got the disk for the game so yeah I think it probably has something to do with the game disk
