When the next gen update was released. All the survivor content became unavailable with no way of getting them. They don’t even show up in the survivor section in game. I was able to get Dutch 2025 but only because I had it on ps4. This is a major bug or no one was told they would be made available at a later date.

That’s just the way it is, because Illfonic can’t communicate worth shit. You bought Dutch 25 already so you could redownload him, if you didn’t buy anyone else, welp, too bad. Its not a bug, its intentional. Very likely its contractual issues that’s preventing further sales. According to Illfonic, they were only availble for a “limited time”, even though they never said that in the past.

This game isnt anymore exclusive to the PlayStation. We should be able to get these characters. Especially when we never had that opportunity to buy them on the Xbox in the first place. It could bring them more money, so I can’t imagine why they dont want to renew the license again. I guess we are not worth it to them.
