Underbarrel Grenades not damaging AI

Since the last thread got derailed quickly by people, here’s a new one with some video.


Underbarrel Grenades occasionally don’t do any damage towards AI when they hit.
This video is only an example, this also happens on places without any vegetation, for example when shooting AI from the top of the Airstrip Hangars.

The only member of this forum that could report things is gone (fired) so it’s useless

i noticed that on Headquarters.They suddenly needed at least two underbarrel grenades or two hand grenades to get demolished.
I only played one game yesterday after the update though so it might have been a shadow buff…hopefully not.

I reviewed the actual CL last week and that wasn’t documented.

By the way! This has been a bug for quite some time. It also happens to Pred damage sometimes. You’ll land the underbarrel or frag grenade right under their nuts and no damage will be inflicted. I do have a recorded instance of this but it’s an old video. I’d have to try and replicate it for a newer recording

Can confirm that.
From what I observed from AI, it is mostly the case when you hit either the Helmets or Weapon and they deflect the whole damage.
For Pred it only happened to me when my grenades hit the weapon, for example a Combi Stick.
