Unlocked items still locked

Most of the things I’ve unlocked work fine but there’s been a few items that I’ve unlocked like a bandanna, Predator skins, masks and colors ect but when I go into the customization menu they’re still locked. Definitely not the most pressing issue you guys have right now I know but thought I’d let you know.

I agree with that, it says I’ve unlocked a lot of things but when I go look they are locked

Very True, This is really funny because the day prior to this game being released, Their hotfixes or updates you may call it said that they fixed this issue. Even in beta they had this problem, but beta’s are different then a fully released game. So they clearly did not fix this problem. Would love if they could get right on it.

You guys did not unlock the Item itself but a skin variation. So no Bug.

You have to unlock the standard skin first to use it. Also predator skin patterns are seperate unlocks on every predator class. Don’t like this system honestly. If you unlock something you should be able to use it. Its not like the different color of masks for example cost less than the standard mask itself

It’s not this for me. I unlocked several Predator masks, like Nocturne, from the random lockers, and then I checked the customization for each of the classes (Berserker, Scout, Hunter), and all of them showed the masks as still being locked. (I’m a PC player)

Again… you unlock the color of that object… without the object you will never see what you unlock…How seem possible to you that a mask prized at 7500 can be obtained after one match in the locker loot?
