Hi I opened up a lootbox and got excited to see I had a mythical jungle hunter 87 mask only to see it still has a padlock on it when I try to equip it. Is this a bug? Any help would be appreciated thanks. Also it was on PS4 my user name is toxemicguy. I did forget to screen shot it because I was so excited.

You have maybe only unlocked a shader for the mask ? So it would still be locked , but knowing the game it might be a bug

I’m 100% sure it wasn’t a shader other wise I would have seen that. This is another bug I keep getting too when opening up loot boxes
