I unlocked the red lower face bandana and I was unable to use it because it said I have still not unlocked the base form. Once I bought it though I had the red form. This has happened to many other customizations but this one is the most recent. PS4

He’s saying that he unlocked the bandana with the lockers first, but it didn’t work. It was only until after he purchased it directly that it finally worked.

I just don’t find it fair that I can unlock something and not use it. They should make it so you can only revive the base version of something and then unlock the colors or if you get the colors you can use it. It’s annoying that I have to buy the base version of something just to use another color
