I tried everything, to verify files, to uninstall and download again… I still don’t have the latest update. Since playerbase on Steam is small can someone reply who owns this game on Steam if they have the same problem?

Yeah, did steam not get patched? I’m on steam and getting nothing but other steam players despite having cross play enabled.
The Hotfix is probably just pretty small and got already installed without you noticing.
I’m on Epic and opened the launcher. Normally I would get a blue point at the downloads page but nothing I was able to hop right into the game.
I still have all stuff unlocked that I didn’t buy, I only bought Dutch '87 and City Hunter. Game didn’t update for me.
Most of the update were fixes for problems.
Look if you got the new shaders for mercenary and the other weapons mentioned as well as Mr. Blacks Mask, but it will cost 25k Veritanium it must be somewhere under the Elders Mask.
We often had updates with masks and they were just suddenly there without the mention of an update at all because such updates are just to small to give a notification.
I have everything unlocked, rebreather mask, mr black, saber and I didn’t buy bundle. No option for 25k for mask, I already have it unlocked.

Anyway, like a said very small updates are maybe not mentioned on Steam and just get downloaded in seconds without you noticing.

That could be maybe it. It’s a Hotfix and not a big update. When you check mercenary, plasma rifle und the rocket launcher, when they got the elite skin that is available with lvl 10 then the game is update even when the text says differently.
But those three weapon’s is your best indicator.
I don’t have new elite skins for mercenary, plasma rifle and rocket launcher, just checked. And since today I only can play with steam players even with crossplay ON, more than 7 games only steam players. I’m 100% sure now that update is not working on Steam.
just checked the for the lvl 10 elite skins on those weapons. nothing. still nothing but steam players as well. shrugs
Last update also broke crossplay for us steam players, we now play 2.19 version while epic and playstation players have 2.20 version so crossplay is not working.
@Courier @OldKingHamlet please fix this, we can’t find match on steam, crossplay is not working.
Played the game yesterday with no apparent update. Logged into Steam just now and there’s a 91mb download happening, so I think the 2.20 patch has just rolled out.
UPDATE: just booted the game and the “Update 2.20 available” notification on the menu screen has now disappeared, so it’s safe to say the patch has been applied now.
I sometimes get the same issue on Epic Games.
Restarting my PC usually solves it.
