I think it will drop on the 24th. It’s the anniversary and I don’t believe the lawsuit will effect this months patch. I was around for when this happened to Friday and while there is a chance a cease and desist order has been issued, what if covers and when isn’t always clear from the outside.
Let’s say the cut off date is the fifteenth. If they have a patch scheduled and in cert when the fifteenth roles around and the patch drops on the twentieth. To us the game got expanded after the cut off but to the lawyers everything in the code at the office on the 15th is what they care about.

If I had to guess, I don’t think the update will happen before the 1 Year Anniversary date which is April 24th.

Now if Predator Hunting Grounds was an Epic Games timed one year exclusive and Illfonic plans to launch this on Steam as part of their big update, then they would most definitely have to wait until April 24th or later.
