My game was purchased before launch and all my pre-order bonus items are gone and says I don’t have them in Epic store after I upgraded to windows 11. Can I please get them back as I have not played since the barbarian Pred release as my stuff is missing I am over level 100. I’d like to get back in the game amd continue. The system still kept other Itens I obtained during my play but my download contents of all I bought and the old Anold pack or Pred 1 don’t show in my game as having it anymore. I may have deleted a file called “squid” something cam you send me that back or can I re-download without losing my progress from somewhere?

Also, deleting your save data will not cause you to lose your levels. It will only remove your loadouts and personalized key bindings!
