((HAPPY SPOOKTOBER EVERYONE! The time has come for the jungles of South America to be filled with unusual Predators, those being of the undead or the super natural or even the vengeful spirits of wrongly done. However every story has a hint of reality to the biggest of folklore, now let’s meet our first Monster of the Halloween Month))
Vampires, one of Humans most long time monsters of fear. Said to drain those who drink a humans blood leaving only a husk of what was, but what was said to be a fairy tales, was far worse with the truth underneath. During the dark ages, many humans would be found in the streets of London & Berlin with the body completely extracted of blood, occasionally some of those who were considered armed or dangerous where found ripped apart. Almost like a wild animal broke into their home and ripped them to shreds, this would spark many more murders from copy cats trying to replicate who this killer was. Eventually it got so bad that even the police department was covered in red, whoever or whatever it was……it wasn’t human and it was clearly deranged.
A professional who was secretly looking into these murders made himself known to the public, his name was Van Helsing who secretly worked for the church. He said he has dealt with creatures like this before as he held up what looked like a fang or tusk, explaining that what they where dealing with was a “Vampire”. Though it was a total lie, it was something the masses could gather and understand. So he instructed all to never travel alone and never go around during the night till the threat was eliminated, but Helsing knew the creature was watching, spotting the trimmer of light above one of the buildings. The next night all was quiet without any incidents but not for Van Helsing for he was tested in all sorts of noises, barely getting any sleep and knowing he was the next target.
Eventually Van Helsing found that his time was now, ready to strike as he said his prayers and made sure all his weapons where accounted for. He traveled at night alone knowing this would grab the creatures attention, Van walked to a meat packing store with. The owner who was there early to start making preparations asking what’s going on, to which he was silenced by a fist full of money and was requested to leave the area. To which he did without further questions, there Van Helsing waited in the meat locker, twisting his revolver around and around waiting till he heard the meat locker slowly open and shut rapidly.
Heavy footsteps where heard growing louder and more thunderous till finally Van Helsing saw the beast as it uncloaked itself. The skin was as pale as snow as the armor was dressed in black and crimson red, the mask where the mandibles where dropped of flesh blood assuming that it got the meat store owner. Van Helsing stood up with his revolver in hand, the monster only looked on in wait as it unsheathed it’s wrist-blades coated in dry blood.
All 6 shots from the revolver rang out that night with inhuman and human war cry’s came from the little packed ice meat room. Till all was quite and morning came to a horrific sight, neon green blood mixed with crimson red all over the floor. Many skinned cows where cut in half with the other half rotting on the floor, but the one noticeable sight in the whole room was Van Helsing himself hanging upside down skinned like the meat around him with his head missing and all his equipment drenched in his own blood. The the city was in a panic but the church was there to calm the situation and even put a false prisoner as the killer, there he was killed publicly to ease the mind of the people.
Though there was no other attacks in London, the rest of the world was right for the pickings with the church sending there own Helsings which became more of a rank then one person. In a space ship where the Yautja clan known as the “Blood Pack” who feasted on the blood of their hunted victims, and on the trophy wall only one human skull remained, that being the now dead Van Helsing.
