In a couple matches I saw someone had 9.8 million veritanium and last night 1.4 million and 800000 how do you get that much or is that another bug

is a bug, specifically the -1 level bug which will not allow you to select any loadout other than your default one. When you finish the match it will show all your veritanium rather than what you collected on that match.
