I verified integrity of game files and it still didn’t work for me

Yup i have the same issue, bought it and verified the game files and it’s locked in game.

Contacted epic games support but don’t know how long it would take

I think it’s epic’s fault because in game it says do i want to go to the store page to buy it still, so it’s not counting as a verified purchase for some reason, just as though you never bought it in the first place, even though it’s right there in purchase history.

The fix is easy
