Visual Bugs with AI

I’m on PC and playing as Fireteam whenever this happens. It’s not on any specific map and it happens throughout the match. The main, harmful part of this set of bugs is invisible AI. I sometimes just start taking massive damage while the Predator is nowhere nearby and I eventually learned to call a friend over to shoot them as he/they still see the AI. I can even see blood in the air where the teammates are shooting the invisible AI.

I also frequently have AI that don’t fall down and die when killed and other visual elements that don’t disappear like a mission to kill the surgeon where the bright, red “KILL” text doesn’t disappear.

I’ve uploaded two images showing my video/graphics settings (the only part I couldn’t fit was that my FPS limit is set to 120. I have a GTX 1070 graphics card and I don’t seem to see any other visual glitches in this game or others.

AI that don’t fall down and die probably has nothing to do with your graphics card, but more so on either your harddrive or its other peoples ping times being strained. I’ve had that happen to me and its frustratiing. I shoot them several times in the head with headshots…they still dont go dont.

But its a rare thing you dont forget. Only happened once and i’m at lvl 95 (no bonus XP from the start)

Yeah I’m around 84 or 85 at this point without the double-xp on the launch weekend and I don’t feel like it was happening all the time since I started but now it happens just about all the time. While the ping display in this game seems way the hell off I generally don’t see other symptoms of serious lag but who knows. Either way, I’m definitely not the only one seeing this based on searching here so hopefully the Illfonic folks can take a look into it.

The only thing it it seems to have happened several times but all in that one game.

to clarify, more than one AI NPC would be acting up like that in that single match but I don’t recall it happening in any more matches there aftetr.

Ohhh, okay. For me it’s many AI and most matches.

I have the exact same problem as you. AI sometimes dont spawn and I see people shoot air n blood in the air but I dont see any of the AI. Sometimes I lose massive dmg because an AI is shooting me and I cant see it. It doesnt happen everygame and sometimes its just in the beginning of the game. What to do?

Don’t think we can do much about it. I tried changing graphics options in case it was that and it didn’t help. We have to wait for the devs to look into it.

I have changed also to medium graphics n reinstalled the game etc, nothing helps. I also checked and I have the min req to play this game so there shouldnt be this problem but maybe it is my pc i dont know

what are your specs and GPU driver version?

Did you do a clean install of drivers?
check GPU control pannel settings?
