VO and chatwheel/spot bugging out for PS5 and Xbox?

Tried both versions since update

Again, face dependent but spot and chatwheel eventually bug out for both PS5 and Xbox

Slightly better quick play, but lots of VO lost/not working in private matches

I’m in the UK

Same for all?
