I think the only way to really counter disk preds is with lots of spotting. Recon - Tracker, PDLs - ammo bags, or at least gearhead - UAV.

Can’t one person bait a revive whikr another one looks where the disk is coming from? Avoiding the disk will still be tough but it’s a start. The downed FT should try to move to an are where disk has a better change if getting stuck on something.

The biggest mistake was the Dante that tried attacking alone. Always attack in pairs.

It is very hard. I guess good teams try not to lose sight of the pred until he has to leave to heal so it’s tough to set up traps like that.
I think blowing up ammo crates is an instant down for the FT. Never seen preds bait that by taking one shot at the crate so the next charged one will cause it to exposed. Its is very specific tho
