Itā€™s meh tbh. I was really hyped for the feral and its new weapons but theyā€™ve been kinda disappointing.

The shield is pointless, donā€™t see how itā€™s going to be useful against good teams.

The bolt gun is okay, but itā€™s very difficult to use.

Yeah shield is kinda dog water, but I at least think itā€™s a sick concept. I really like the crossbow, and I like the hud, graphics, and sound changes. They added new music tracks too which is awesome.

Oh yeah and the shadow nerfs are awesome. I like the gearhead and sawz nerf in particular. Definitely could be better in the content department thiugh

Even with the shadow nerfs, the fireteam is still pretty strong. I played some privates just now and I still got my shit kicked in.

I think the shield could be good if they significantly reduced how much energy it eats and spend up movement speed. Just copy and paste the bulwark from space marine 2 basically lol

Personally I havenā€™t played it because Iā€™m still on the ps4 version because Iā€™m not spending the money for the ps5 version. Sadly as far as know the update is also delayed because verification

I love the improvement on graphics. shield seems like a waste. Seems like new maps (city!) and work on making it competitive are what is needed

Naw I totally agree. I also think it would be cool if you could do like a shield bash, it would do low damage but could like blind the enemy? Just an idea.

Visual updates is amazing they used the recourses to visual make it better and bring to Xbox that is amazing those meh cry babies will always find faults with the game and expect too much imo there forever sad

Personally Iā€™m loving the update. Lots of balance changes, great graphics update, one good new weapon, Xbox release, a resurgence of new and returning players, and Iā€™m addicted to the game again. I love the new music tracks too, like the one that plays when the bomb is armed and when youā€™re downed, just little touches like that add a lot. I like the new sound design too, like how shooting an enemies helmet makes a ping noise.

A lot of the frustration people have felt towards this game is justified, but I feel like most people, especially on this forum, are a bunch of doomers. Like when something actually good comes to the game theyā€™re like ā€œeh whatever.ā€ Like goddamn I thought this game was gonna rot, then we get a good update? Idk, Iā€™m not judging but I just donā€™t understand people sometimes LOL

I used to play this game on PlayStation 4 and now that itā€™s finally out on Xbox I want to know what happened to the Fireteam DLCā€˜s for the Xbox version because I bought the game today and thereā€™s a bunch of predator DLCā€™s but I donā€™t see Dutch or IsabelIe I donā€™t see any of the Fireteam DLC.

Yeah I think things are a bit fucked right now cause of the new release, but illfonic usually puts out a bugfix patch shortly after large updates to fix some of the bugs. Iā€™m assuming the same will happen here
