yeah parry it, when u see him swing press ur melee button at the right time.
If yo have a friend practice with them so you get the hang of it.
I did tried that. Like I always said. You can’t parry em all the time.
Sticking close together is the best defense. Also, learn how to use parry with the knife. The knife it probably the most OP weapon in the game right now and an aggressive Zerk who rushes in with a Combi can get positively SLAPPED down with a wittle bitty knife.
That’s why I don’t play Zerk or melee. Just not worth it until they fix parry and some of the other FT issues.

u can do it many times over if you time it right. if you just spam the button though it wont work. its hard to do, but you can do it
You can. It’s just timing - pay attention to their playstyle, if they’re rushing and spamming their attacks, spam your melee back. Take your knife out as a weapon and left-click to parry, it’s easier. The longer knife animation - right-click on PC will make you even more successful.
But listen, a lot of Predator’s aren’t just spamming left-click anymore, they’re playing smarter and evolving (thankfully)
So a lot of them will mix it up - e.g. jump around/over you, attack once, jump again, run up not swipe immediately, attack twice, etc.
You’re not a God when you parry - you’re still a fleshy human, so don’t over-commit with smart Predator’s. Play it safe.

He actually is handled the same way any blitzer is, whole team layers into him he’s dead in 3 seconds.
Alright thanks for the tip. I’ve lost two match already. Same Berzerker player. But my FT all scattered. Easy prey AF.

Get the parry down and you can trust me there are fireteams using nothing but knives on combi zerkers and even winning 1on1 fights
another tip is to Pre-stim so your health is already regenerating as they hit you.
Just stim up as soon as you see the mrushing you.

On PS4, the berzerker + combistick is barely counterable, not to mention how hard it is to parry on ps4 because of the camera movement. Almost always playing against a zerker with combi and we rarely win.
The only hard part about zerker with combi is if they do throw their stick at you then try to melee you, as you are on 1 hit then.
Combi is basically the same as claws, you will go down in the same amount of hits (+/- 1).
Parry him, count to 3 and chase his second wind ass as he just got injected by 3 mags worth of ammo. If you do happen to have potato players, well… Try to last a bit longer and stick to the team, even if they dont want to. Sometimes they forget there is an enemy player on the map and they just focus on collecting potatoes for their families instead of focusing on what is happening around them.
