Weapon switch speed for Predator

I personally would like to see the switch time reduced(without the perk). Right now I feel like The Predator took Weed while being diagnosed with Parkinson’s trying to switch weapons.

Pred should be able to switch weapons while leaping and also shoot while leaping. Also pred should be able to switch to the elder sword and other weapons while on a tree.
