On Monday June 1st I noticed my weekly challenge changed from complete 10 hunt matches as the predator to exfil 10 times as the fire team. The countdown timer had 4 days until the weekly should have reset. I had 2 matches to go for the 15,000 v and it’s lost now. I’ve seen others report this as well. No reason why this would happen
WEEKLY CHALLENGE BUG?!
They changed the weekly from winning 10 hunts as predator because it caused the queue times for the predator to spike back to what it was before the patch. Some people where able to complete it fast enough and get the 15k however I’m not sure if they are able to complete the new challenge since I only was able to complete two hunts the night it came out and after the switch it carried over to the new one.

I had one match left as the predator to complete it. A tad disgruntled honestly. I had no problems finding a game and they should have posted that instead of randomly changing it.
Yup I had 3 games to go. However I was playin appallingly later in the day and could have won them and got the challenge completed if I took a break or put more effort in.
@Courier Illfonic could have put two weekly challenges up so we could have finished the Pred one at least…I mean it wasn’t our mistake to take on the weekly challenge but not complete it within 24hours imo.

I agree, they should given a warning prior to the change. Illfonic has dropped the ball with communicating with the community of any changes that have been made or will be made like the last patch for example, we didn’t get the patch notes until a couple of hours after it’s launch. This is something they should have released to everyone at least a day or two before the patch to let people digest the information.

Sorry But playing both sides doesn’t make you elite lol I also don’t like playing fire team.i love this game a lot also.but changing that without a notice is pretty shatty just saying

I respect your opinion but being an advanced tech over powered stealth alien that frog leeps all over the map in 3rd person aint skill, how ever the ft has to combat in 1st person with randoms requires more cooperation and coordination hense why its more skill!
Both sides take skill. A unskilled Predator player will get crushed even by a random fire team that’s familiar with the game. Especially if they don’t manage energy and stamina depletion. I guess it depends on playstyle and preference. Personally I dislike the FPS mechanics in this game compared to battlefield or modern warfare hence why I enjoy the predator more. Either way it’s like having two different games in one to me.

First off ignore Buddha the guy’s a troll, second it makes sense though to not have any timed challenges for the predators that are tied to a daily or weekly schedule. All it would do is inflate the queue times up for the predator just so people can get the 5-15k. What would be better is to have personal challenges for both the FT and predator that are tied to your account that you’d see like in other games like Halo. For example one challenge would be get your first long claim and you get rewarded 100-300V, next would be get 10 long claims and you get 500-800V and so on.

That’s an awesome idea for sure! And yeah I seen this guy is a troll. I checked is profile. But yeah challenges like that would be amazing and definitely add to the game. 👍🏻

I was hoping when they announced challenges that they would do a progressive challenge set. That way you can do more than one a day. Maybe we will get there in the next patch, who knows.

This or make them longer. 10 matches seems too thin to stretch over an entire week.

Yeah, we knocked all the challenges out in like 2 hours in FT, what sucked was we would be about to finish the mission on several occasions, and killed the Pred, so we didn’t complete the main mission.🤦🏻♂️

Ppppfft. I finished it as Pred before they changed it to FT. Took about 3 hours, with about 1.5-2.0 of those spent in queue I wager.
And I thought you had to fully eliminate the FT and not just get into a match as Predator lol.
So for the FT they have to escape via chopper? Do all get credit if only one escapes?
No, only the guy who escapes does.

The daily challenge was complete FT main mission 10 times, weekly was exfil 10 times. So if you kill Pred, before mission complete, you miss out on both.
