Here’s hoping. Elder and bits of CH got leaked and we all saw it go live. We never really saw anything else there afterwards.

That’s just the way of content, sometimes it sits for months on the shelf till the right time. Some parts of game design also just get done so much faster.
I wouldn’t be surprised to learn Tuesday’s map has been done all month but it was scheduled for the 29th to give them time to finish as many missions as possible for launch.
It’s likely already been certified by Sony. Takes up to a week from what I’ve heard.

I think the map was supposed to come out sooner but the unexpected amount of crashing was a huge setback

I think that definitely plays a part. Bug fixes take time and Tuesday isn’t to far away, I’d rather wait a little, than rage a little.
