Predators still OP?
I am also interested in playing some FT rounds together, the matchmaking times seem to be still horrible as always.

So…judging by your replies to other topics as well as this post…I think you may be misjudging the state and balance of the game.
Right now the majority of the playerbase is pretty potato. It’s almost like a relaunch. There was a period a few months back where melee was pretty much suicidal and we’ve gradually gotten closer to a balance point since.
FT still has the edge with ridiculously high damage output available to any 1 FT member, as well as the “4th perk” specializations they have. Play a few more matches and I think you’ll see for yourself.
Predator is OP, but FT is even OPer. Then sometimes Predator sucks and FT sucks. then PS sucks and most of the time PC rule. But PC PRed suck against PC FT. clear as mud?
I am more than happy if it changed. Since you couldnt beat a good Predator when you had a mediocre team back when I stopped playing. But a mediocre Predator could beat a good team if he played right. And the matchmaking was just horrible. I guess it still is.
If you dont play in premades I guess the balancing in this game is whole different story.
How is matching making horrible? It tells you in black amd white how long you might hve to wait. And anyone with any sort of mental functionality will understand why the wait times are high for pred

It is horrible, it often puts one 150 lvl FT with 3 potatoes with no perks or XP perks against 150 lvl Pred.
I believe the small player pool is the issue there! If they had the numbers im sure it would be different
Matchmaking system was like that since day 1. Nothing changed. Right now they might have a smaller number of players than before, but the point is, the matchmaking was crap and still is.
They didn’t do anything to improve it.
Thats also always has been my experience. You never know if the queue works or you have to cancel it after a certain time and re-queue again.
Also I doubt it that you can blame it only on the amount of players. You should get a match eventually even with, lets say 200 players.
I sometimes queue up and 25 minutes later I am still in the queue. And yeah as FromTheHood said.
The problem existed on day1 where a lot of people were playing and it is still the same.

You should have played from day1 you wouldnt make that argument.
I’ve played since BETA. He was never OP. If he seemed OP it was you that was the Potato. A single FT member can second wind, or kill the predator in 2-3 seconds flat. And there’s 3 of you. The predator is and has always been extremely far from OP. You just never took the time to learn to play

Sorry, I have to disagree. As soon as you figured out how to play Predator you would win 9/10 games. Only games you would have trouble would be very well skilled premade teams on PC.
Rest would be a peace of cake. Something is wrong with your perception or you are maybe a console player if you think otherwise.
You are beating 4 random kids not communicating. So you have this idea you are really good at playing as the predator. Play a team. Get humbled, come back to me with your new answer. Again, I repeat. 2-3 seconds flat 1 person kills you, and there’s 4. Just numbers alone do not agree with your point and none of my 1 year of experience playing agrees with your statement
