but I just had a match where I downed and defused the bomb of a predator and he insta-rage-quitted and then the match ended for all of us and it said we all “just” escaped.

How is that rage quiting. You difused the self destruct. Why wouldn’t they leave to search for another match. Once you difuse the body stays there regardless of them leaving the match. I leave when that happens because I can’t be bothered to spectate fire team. Nor do I want to spectate

yeah if u defuse my shit i quit, not raging but why waste time watching shit when i can get on the long search for the next match…

If it didn’t make me sit and watch 5 minutes of FT gameplay, I would stick around. I liken it to FT members quitting before I can collect trophy for XP. Doesn’t bother me if they leave.

If he quits nothing happens and the game plays out like the poor sport was still there at his\her controls, happened to me a few games ago.

I think they should add a feature to leave if you’re out of the game with no loss of rewards. Forced to spectate is not always an ideal experience, particularly as there’s no “next match” functionality.

It’s be cooler is the prwdator could rescan as a superheavy human enemy or spawn enemies for fireteam to more trouble guarding. That way its more of a challenge for ft and the predator can fuck with em some

So if the pred quits a match once it has loaded in. Weather it be at the start the middle or the end. He will still be in the game standing in his last position. When the fire team gets close to said predator’s position. It will act as if the pred was downed. An icon will pop up on screen showing where the pred is down at. It is simply run up and kill him and finish the game. Even if the pred leaves soon as he starts self destruct he will still be there. All that happens is the pred looses his Xp for the match or claims.

I had a situation where I armed the bomb. They eliminated me but then the bomb went off and a message came up on the screen that said detonated successfully lol! Win.
