From my experience,
An average match is around 6,000-8,000
A good match is 8,000-10,000
Great matches are 10,000+
I am not sure how double XP or the perk affects the end screen, but if you feel that you are coming up short you could try that.
This is my current highest, there are folks who have broken 15k

The best way to break 10K is
1: Run the match long as possible
2: Go for max kills which is 6-7ish
- Means you gotta let them reinforce
- They can’t leave because kill count will go down
- Kill 3 quick, let one guy bring them all back. If they use it for one guy, much less possible XP.
3: Stay nearby (like on top of them, to stalk and gain the XP fpr being on in their bubble)

Make sure you’re getting to the extraction part of the mission before killing them too

i think people are exaggerating on their averages to look cool, and not saying that they intentionally farm extra xp by doing particular things. low xp is under 5k, good xp is above 6k-8k. anything higher than 8k, something special happened in the match, unless you intentionally do things to farm xp, which is less normal and more ALMOST exploitive
Highest I’ve seen is 16.239 dmg
I average on 9000 a match (quickplay). My highest is a bit higher than 15.000 but I’ve never hit 16k yet.

Inna pred match the average I get is 9 become farming the prey a good number that I would normally be hyped about and this is high is 12-15k xp
id be surprised if your average was winning, with 6-7 kills all with full skull grabs, getting a bunch of ai, and getting the passive 10xp per second for being near, i think, a stealth kill target(?)
edit: and waiting til extraction. maybe you sometimes get this, but that being the average is doubtful. if thats the average what is the max? because that is the max…
So if you fatten you’re prey the hole game each are usually around 1.5k x4 + the basic win 3k and with the 100 maybe from killing ai and the added extra if they reinforce +2k so normally I would get 12k but if I don’t care about getting reinforce or they where a pain in my ass so I don’t want them to get it 10k
I don’t think there is a max tbh I’ve seen ppl get 17k
im saying max of things you typically can do. the xp per second can go on forever, for instance. i dont believe that is your average, but something you do in at most half of your games, which isnt average

np, these are the max things you can do for xp, well i didnt also say boar kills which give some, but u could kill more ai, more boars, and farm that xp for being near the stealth kill FT target, for a lot of extra xp. so there is a max somewhere but its impossible without killing every single boar, ai, and getting the FT members down as fast as possible so they are all stealth killable staying near them for every possible second, max long claims, max reinforcements, then finally killing them all at extraction, each with a stealth kill which i assume give more xp than a regular kill
so the soft max is something like getting some ai, some boars, downing all 4 enough times each are stealth kills, then killing 3, letting them reinforce, and killing all 4 at extraction, while staying near them for the per second xp
edit: the issue im having is everyone in here is saying they get the soft max on average, which i know isnt true. you guys might get it SOMETIMES, but its not your average. especially since the game is buggy and ~half the time the kills dont count
i almost always win unless i goof around too much, and my average is like 6k xp
Okay thank for explaining btw well I don’t know these other ppl but if im just playing a match chillin killing them my av is 7-8k I record all my match’s btw but if I’m playing against a good team or actually playing with my prey it’s 10-11k that includes me taking damage hitting second wind eating a few boars before healing kits and long claims with reinforcements as pred and repeating the procces It usually depend my mood how I play and picc classes recently I’ve been using disc elder sword which has been getting me 7,5k on av so as a pred if you really take your time and slow the ft as much as possible and let them get reinforcements your bound to get a good score in the pred extras area it states “adhere to the yautja code, the greater the xp gained” so take your time lmao
