So the Blue bar is the effective damage range indicator.
The gold and White bars are the Ai seeing u, white is the Ai sense you, the Yellow indicates they see you and are actively looking for you, Red is they see you and will start opening fire

Effective Damage Bar based on your Energy Bar.
When your Energy Bar (the gauge that is used for Cloaking) is at max, your effective Damage for your Plasma goes right back to max. When it depletes then your effective damage goes straight down,
