What next if not more balance?

Ok, balance is more or less ok just now, so what I would like to see devs focusing on is new gameplay mechanics

  • Skinning and hanging people
  • dragging people away (for pred and FT)
  • predator dogs
  • customizable mimicry wheel
    Also, new advanced customizations and cosmetics would make the game more interesting – swappable plasma casters and wrist blades across all preds, CH97 weapon holster system for all classes, with addition to spear and bow also being holstered on back.

Maybe some new gear items for pred?

Predator Dogs would be a great addition but not the ones from the recent movie, the ones from Predators.

The classes to actually feel different.
A good summoner class and trapper class with unique arsenal/ abilities.

Preferably not locked by having to pay for them.

Guns switched from hitscan to projectile, which like 90% of the player base wants.

Make pred stronger and better so in turn ft can follow after and get cool shit as well.

2v8 hunt/ 3v10 or 12.

I think game will feels more different if devs increase dmg for both sides.
Example: pred can one shoot plasma, 2-3 hits (full animation combo) and ft is dead.
BUT ft can second wind pred with half of single magazine.
Game will become more like Rainbow 6 siege, the preasure and mistakes awareness will be much higher.
Mistake = death.
Why the hell not? :D

But I like ideas and I am waiting for new pred immersive mechanics like:skinning ai, ft and put them on the rope (debuff for ft).
Grab injured ft to skin him and take spine = it’s just cool (your injured teammate screaming somewhere for help, you following him but then you hear pred roar and dead body falls from the tree)

predator coop mode against more FT wolud be most desired of all, but we’ve had this disscusion so many times no…
I wolud love to see more armour types for predator calsses. Like FT has the ELIT variant, preds should have something else to choose from as well. Mayby jungle hunter style armours or something like that?

Not only would dragging down teammates away for an easier rez be appreciated, but it’d make for more strategic and calculated plays. The need of a leader to designate and coordinate the team is always fun. I mean, when I play Ghost Recon, I have the most fun. 4 people working in tandem with each other. You got your sniper, your spotter, your CQB infantry, and your leader. IMO, that’s what Predator needs. At the current time, it plays a lot like Counterstrike. Kinda eh, more of an arcade shooter. Which is totally fine. But I’d pay money for a shot at a Ghost Recon style Predator game, excluding the event in Ghost Recon Wildlands in which you encounter a Predator. The amount of times I farmed that event just for the experience. Trying to do it solo was incredibly difficult, and I got so close many times.

Agree. This game should be interesting to play even without predator (like on Ghost recon).
But for this devs need to do huge rework to AI and 3c, shooting and missions mechanics

I would really really really love a drag mechanic and a dive/roll mechanic for this game as a whole.

When someone is down a player can drag them, either pred or FT.

As pred you can grab them and sprint/leap/run whatever. This is a fantastic forcible separation from the FT. Take them in a tree and skin them, leap far enough away to claim. Something fun other than range blasting to death or jumping in for a claim that puts you in second wind.

For FT this is huge because when you’re in cover and your teammate is crawling the wrong way or not getting to a good enough spot to attempt the revive, you can run in, grab them and drag them to a spot for a safe revive. That’s game changing.

Also dive roll for both side cuz it adds a lot more movement options and fun counters for close ranged combat.

Well, I was thinking about grab of injured ft and I found what animation of grab cannot be too fast for balance and if it will be like fast claim, the result of this actions will be the same.

Honestly, grab needs to be quick and sudden, on both sides if it’s gonna work.

Like 1/2 to 1/4 second interaction and slow movement 25% for pred, 50% for FT

In ft case grab will not save them in most cases from injured ft campers with bow

It’ll make for some super cool clutch situations though sometimes. Especially with randoms against okay/bad preds

Oh also different long claims. You know all the long claims that the fire team gets to see? Put those in the game so Pred can see it. You know what I mean?
Make a new section in the Predator customizations called long claims and then we get to choose which one we want for that specific Pred lol

Skinning/hanging people. And any mode where me and a friend can be predators together

They needs to adjust ps vs pc balance, give ps players assists as fireteam. And prevent 3rd party mic software
