What to do if you can't launch well

I am having a bit of trouble with the PC version, as it cannot be launched.
If I uninstall the game, will all the data of the game be lost?
I hope that reinstalling it will leave some data other than the loadout.

All saved to Illfonic servers so you shouldn’t lose any of your data from the game
