Hunters could always be invisible by equipping them with a modified reserve. However, when I tried this configuration today for the first time in a long time, my energy is decreasing. When did this change occur?
When did the infinite cloak die?

Still works for elder I think
You have to have both modified reserve and the cloak perk. Thats how it always has been.

Good. That should take at least two perks.
You need light bender and modified reservs. Works as usual for Hunter, JH and CH
